What we do

The ACE in our name stands for Acceptance, Consultation and Empowerment, which is what we offer our clients via free, impartial advice, information. We also signpost to other agencies offering further support and advice. We offer an additional paid personalised advocacy service which is confidential and tailored to suit your individual needs. Our consultants' expertise and experience, gained both on a personal basis and through supporting others. Our details can be found on the Team page (by using the menu) at the top right of this page and you can contact them there. Please use the contact form at the bottom of this page for general queries. Links to information and support for parents and adults are available on this page, including our new Facebook page and group. Below that we have provided free guides and template letters for you to use.

The documents below are free for you to use and they can be shared (but they are nor for sale or publication). They can be downloaded and printed and the letter templates can be adapted by adding your own information. We can advise you how to complete them (free of charge) or complete them for you (for a small fee). if you need help or advice, please contact us via the Contact form below, or email your chosen consultant via the Team page.
